luci: Reconfig all networking in the wizard.

If you change the internet configuration in the normal dashboard, a
bunch of networking scripts and services are restarted. This commit
makes sure this also happens after changing the internet configuration
in the wizard. All of this stuff is particularly needed because of the
bridge mode.
