Nice idea. This could enable bluetooth DUN/PAN connection. No idea if this would be easier than via USB.

Given my experience with my DUN and my Nokia cellphone, I think that this would be pretty much as hard as the current UMTS / 3G support: Through bluetooth (RFCOMM) a serial connection is setup, which from there works pretty much identical to a phone or 3G modem connected through USB. So, DUN would be just as hard as the current 3G support (but the code can probably be reused).

A PAN connection is probably easier to setup, but OTOH, there is no support for that in the firmware at all currently.

Finally, I'm not sure how standardized bluetooth hardware is. Hopefully we can support all of them with a single kernel driver (or a few drivers that expose the same interface), but I'm not 100% sure if this is the case.

In any case, getting a bluetooth stack setup would be cool, but it's probably quite some work, so this would be something for later on (if we ever get to it).
