Fonera should check registration status at fon.com

Description

downgraded and then went back to 2.3.0.0. Already registered router shows again register link. New registration doesn't work.

Currently, a router remembers if it was registered, but forgets this on complete resets, some firmware changes, etc. It should really check with fon.com whether it was already registered, but this is probably non-trivial.

Temporarily you could put a button (in the settings) like this: "Consider the Fonera already registered".

Changing the registered value from '0' to '1' in /etc/config/registered the button won't be shown again.

This is not a real bug fix but permits to clean away that button while waiting :-p

this bug is still there in 2.3.7 beta 1
