F2N WebGUI not accessible when transmission running

Description
F2N w FW 2.3.0.0 Elan. When Transmission is running, the webgui is constantly disconnecting. Several refreshes of the page sometimes helps. Does not helped to set QoS. Does not helped to pause the torrent!. The download speed does not matter. I'm using IE8. F2N is set-up with static wan ip. It has a 16GB USB disc.
