2nd ssh session refused after closing 1st ssh session

Description
When entering "exit" in the first ssh session and then launching another putty session we get a network error : connection timed out... we have to wait for 5 minutes to connect again to the WAN of the fonera 2.0g 2.3.5.0rc1 Could the ssh hammering sensitivity be a little too high?
