Fonero web profile "My visits" hasn't been updated for a month now

Description

When I enter my fonero profile to check who's been using my fonera I see there hasn't been updates for a month. Last record is from march 3th when I and other foneros have been logging in quite frequently.

It's probably a bit late for this question, but do you happen to remember if you've changed the firmware version around the date when the updates stopped? We suspected this was a 2.3.6.0 bug, but you've been seeing it before 2.3.6.0 was released. Perhaps you were running a 2.3.5 version then?

I can confirm. It was a was a 2.3.6.0 bug and still is a bug in 2.3.6.1. No Updates on "Who connects to my FON Spot" page since 2009-11-30!

The Fon web team will look into this issue, since it's most likely a server-side issue, not caused by changes in the firmware. I'm not sure when they'll get around to this, though.

This ticket only applies to Fonera 2.0n since it was updated to 2.3.6.0 (persists in 2.3.6.1).

Fonera 2100/2200 and 2.0g (2.3.0.1 RC1) display visits in their fonero profile correctly.

I did some testing recently and can confirm decodecoding's comment: "My router log" seems to work for 2.0g and 2.0n 2.3.0.0, but not with more recent 2.0n firmwares. This suggests there is a firmware-issue after all, possibly related to the MAC address change in 2.3.6.0.

It seems that "My travel log is not working at all, so I suspect that is a different bug (perhaps this one is actually server-side).

To separate issues, let's keep this ticket about the issue in its title: The "My visists" listing on fon.com, which is broken for all Foneras.

For the "router log" issue, which only affects 2.0n with firmware version 2.3.6.0 or higher, see #796.

There have been some changes in server side last month, that fixed an issue with the changed MAC address in the 2.0n. That issue affected both the router log and the travel log and both seem to be working again now. Do note that it might take up to several days for entries to show up in the log.

I'm closing this issue, if you find a configuration in which the issue still occurs, please leave a comment so we can further investigate.
