empty gui firewall entry causes extra firewall config entry

If you add a new entry, but don't complete the fields, you get the following in /etc/config/firewall:

config 'redirect'
        option 'src' 'wan'
        option 'proto' 'tcp'

Should probably check for valid fields and not output any code unless you get enough data.

deleting the entry in the web interface correctly removes the extra config entry.
