USB Memory not mounted automatically

I have a USB 2.0 memory and La Fonera 2.0 doesn't mount it automatically. I have tried to connect it through a USB 2.0 hub and it didn't work.

the disc is recognized, but the mbr seems to be misisng/invalid. the fonera seems to not recognize the partitions. could you try to reformat the stick ?
