Description

Could the status page be changed into a bandwith monitor?

with a past 24 hour graph, and a daily consumption log? i think this is done with rrdtool? in tomato there is such a function though i haven't seen it in any other router this would really be a cool feature

It sounds like a nice addition to the current status page, probably not a replacement. However, currently, there are no statistics saved on the Fonera itself. When you go to the status page, the statistics are kept only on the client AFAICS.

This means this feature isn't completely trivial to add, so it might take a while.

i used replace, because i don't really see any status values on the 'status' page.. it just shows 4 graphs....

i'd expect a status page to hold information like DHCP-lease times, uptime, hostname, users connected to the webUI, users on the private wifi, users on public wifi etc. so i'd rename the status page to something more in the line of what the page is about..

It does show the current status of the network connection, but I can see your point. We might reconsider the structure, but again, probably not for the next release.
