Remove Chillispot Reaper process

Description

When connected on fonera 2100/2200/2201 I can have hotspot sessions over 18 hours and more without interruption. When connected to a Fonera 2.0n I will be disconnected within 2 hours and asked to relogon on fon.com;

this makes games sessions that take a few hours not easy to play! The effect was documented as a Chillispot Reaper process which was installed in the Fon-ng firmware to make hotspots more "stable"... it was destined to be removed but... is still there so it seems
